Godly Principles #70 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” – Matthew 5:16 NKJV

To call your self a Christian and teach hatred, intolerance and violence goes against the very nature of God.  Even when you are taking a stance to defend the word of God and our beliefs we must do so like Jesus showed us.  He not only spoke the truth but he lived it in all of his work, relationships, and efforts.  Jesus put God’s truth into actions and had mercy and compassion on the broken heart, the fatherless, the least of these shunned by mankind.   Today, we are to pick up His cross and follow His ways and show through our actions the love and mercy of God upon the orphans, the widows, the prisoners, and the poor including the homeless.  By acts of kindness taught in truth, we can help heal the hurting and wounded.  We can relieve despair and pain to bring comfort and hope once again into others lives.

Godly Principles 69 All things work for good according to God’s plans
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

God said that if you will learn to trust Him, He will make all things in time, work for good.  When our desires are spiritual the meaning of good will be the desires of God.  When we look at this verse from our flesh, we think of idols, materialism, egotistical and lustfully desires.   God’s purposes are to see no one perish, to build His kingdom and to help others in need.

Godly Principle…

Godly Principles 68 Sin is lawlessness.

1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. 5 And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. 6 Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.

7 Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

God wants us to understand that sin leads us into acts that do not honor God nor glorify Him.  Instead sin takes us down a path of destruction in impure thinking, fleshly lusts, addictions, violence, cold heartedness, and wicked actions.  When we put our thoughts on Jesus, on living like He lived out of love not works, we do not obtain righteousness in our actions but manifest right actions from love.   Love begets righteousness.

Godly Principles 67 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

SUPPORTING VERSES: John 1:4,14, 17; John 10:9, John 11:25, Acts 9:2, Eph 2:8, 1 John 5:20,

Matthew Henry Commentary “And the life: Christ is the author and giver of life, natural, spiritual, and eternal; or he is the way of life, or “the living way”; in opposition to the law, which was so far from being the way of life, that it was the ministration of condemnation and death: he always, and ever will be the way; all in this way live, none ever die; and it is a way that leads to eternal life: and to conclude all the epithets in one sentence, Christ is the true way to eternal life It is added by way of explanation of him, as the way,

no man cometh unto the Father but by me; Christ is the only way of access unto the Father; there is no coming to God as an absolute God, not upon the foot of the covenant of works, nor without a Mediator; and the only Mediator between God and man is Christ: he introduces and presents the persons and services of his people to his Father, and gives them acceptance with him. “

“As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.” – King Solomon

A good friend is someone who cares about your best interest and not afraid to tell you when your deviating from the proper path.  In business, one of the toughest aspects of owning a company is finding employees that will be courageous enough to tell the truth, even if it might mean dismissal.   Finds that will tell us the truth will make us a better person and we can help others become better equipped for life.

“But I say to y…

“But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.” – Jesus Christ

Godly Principles found here:  Do good at every opportunity because that is the power of God within you to do so.   Your actions come from within manifesting outwardly so do not do evil like the evil ones but love with a holy faith.

Israel And Believers In Christ (Yeshua) Suffer Persecution

Have you wondered why Israel and Christians are persecuted and other religions are not? It is because true believers stand carrying the Lord’s Light in a world filled with darkness. Our lights are shining the way for this and future generations to come before the true throne of Almighty God. Remember, you are not your own any more because you were purchased by the blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus. The worldly people know they are sinning and doing wrong because their “conscience” tells them inside. The Holy Spirit convicts them and the Lord calls out to them yet they choose to continue in their sins thus hardening their hearts and becoming cold and hateful. Do not be surprised when people hate you for doing God’s work but instead pray for them, love them and let God move through you. Who knows, you may reach a few along the way. John 3:19″This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed” Psalm 18:28″You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light” Isaiah 5:20″Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter” Isaiah 42:16″I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them” Isaiah 58:10″and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.” Luke 11:34″Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are healthy, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are unhealthy, your body also is full of darkness”John 1:5″The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” John 8:12″When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 12:46″I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness” Acts 26:18″to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’ 2 Corinthians 4:6″For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ” Ephesians 5:8″For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light” 1 Peter 2:9″But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light” 1 John 2:9″Anyone who claims to be in the light but hates a brother or sister is still in the darkness” SHINE ON LITTLE LIGHT OF GOD…SHINE ON!
