Godly Principles #90 Jesus said and then raised from the dead.  We can believe and trust His

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth on me, though he die, yet shall he live; and whosoever liveth and believeth on me shall never die. Believest thou this? (‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭25-26‬ ASV)

Who are you that God knows the numbers of hairs on your head and thinks of you more than the grains of sand on the beach.  That your spouse chose you to spend their time with. That your children love.  Your friends want to do things with you.  Who are you?   YOU ARE BLESSED!   God loves you so much.

Genesis 1:28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” 29 And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
Colossians 1:16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Leviticus 25:23-24 – The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants. Throughout the country that you hold as a possession, you must provide for the redemption of the land.
Ezekial 34:2-4 – Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel; prophesy and say to them: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who only take care of themselves! Should not shepherds take care of the flock? You eat the curds, clothe yourselves with the wool and slaughter the choice animals, but you do not take care of the flock. You have not strengthened the weak or healed the sick or bound up the injured. You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost. You have ruled them harshly and brutally.

Jeremiah 2:7 – I brought you into a fertile land to eat its fruit and rich produce. But you came and defiled my land and made my inheritance detestable. (NIV)

Revelation 11:18 – The nations were angry; and your wrath has come. The time has come for judging the dead, and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your saints and those who reverence your name, both small and great — and for destroying those who destroy the earth.

ISAIAH 30:15 For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be your strength.”
But if you will not, 16 And you said, “No, for we will flee on horses”— Therefore you shall flee!
And, “We will ride on swift horses”— Therefore those who pursue you shall be swift!

Psalm 118:8  It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in man. 9 It is better to trust in the Lord Than to put confidence in princes.
Proverbs 3:26 For the Lord will be your confidence, And will keep your foot from being caught.
Proverbs 14:26In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, And His children will have a place of refuge.
Proverbs 25:19 Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble Is like a bad tooth and a foot out of joint.
Psalm 65:5 By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas;
Micah 7:5 Do not trust in a friend; Do not put your confidence in a companion; Guard the doors of your mouth From her who lies in your bosom.
Acts 28:31 preaching the kingdom of God and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, no one forbidding him.
2 Corinthians 2:3 And I wrote this very thing to you, lest, when I came, I should have sorrow over those from whom I ought to have joy, having confidence in you all that my joy is the joy of you all.

1 John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

Matthew 6:31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Godly Principle…

Godly Principles #70 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” – Matthew 5:16 NKJV

To call your self a Christian and teach hatred, intolerance and violence goes against the very nature of God.  Even when you are taking a stance to defend the word of God and our beliefs we must do so like Jesus showed us.  He not only spoke the truth but he lived it in all of his work, relationships, and efforts.  Jesus put God’s truth into actions and had mercy and compassion on the broken heart, the fatherless, the least of these shunned by mankind.   Today, we are to pick up His cross and follow His ways and show through our actions the love and mercy of God upon the orphans, the widows, the prisoners, and the poor including the homeless.  By acts of kindness taught in truth, we can help heal the hurting and wounded.  We can relieve despair and pain to bring comfort and hope once again into others lives.

Godly Principle…

Godly Principles 69 All things work for good according to God’s plans
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

God said that if you will learn to trust Him, He will make all things in time, work for good.  When our desires are spiritual the meaning of good will be the desires of God.  When we look at this verse from our flesh, we think of idols, materialism, egotistical and lustfully desires.   God’s purposes are to see no one perish, to build His kingdom and to help others in need.
