Godly Principles #94 God is our source of food through the successful harvesting of our crops, providing rain and protection of the land we till.

Psalm 111:5  He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever.
Psalm 147:9  He provides food for the cattle and for the young ravens when they call.
Job 36:31 This is the way he governs the nations and provides food in abundance.
Ezekiel 16:19  Also the food I provided for you—the flour, olive oil and honey I gave you to eat—you offered as fragrant incense before them. That is what happened, declares the Sovereign Lord.
Acts 14:17 Yet he has not left himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.”

Godly Principles # 93 God gives us grace so we can show others forgiveness and grace to them.

Colossians 4:6  Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

1 John 5:14-15  This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

GODLY PRINCIPLES #91 Money Is Not Your Security nor is your worth found in your bank statement. It is found in the value of who you are created by God

Mark 4:19   but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful.
Ecclesiastes 5:10  Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.
Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

Godly Principles #89 Choose to Believe That God Sent His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ and Receive Eternal Life

John 3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15 that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.” 
JOHN 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

WHO ARE YOU?

Who are you that God knows the numbers of hairs on your head and thinks of you more than the grains of sand on the beach.  That your spouse chose you to spend their time with. That your children love.  Your friends want to do things with you.  Who are you?   YOU ARE BLESSED!   God loves you so much.  

Godly Principles # 86 Truth leads to joy but deceit leads to sorrows

Judges 9:19 if then you have acted in truth and sincerity with Jerubbaal and with his house this day, then rejoice in Abimelech, and let him also rejoice in you.
1 Corinthians 13:6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
Philippians 1:18 What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.
2 John 1:4 I rejoiced greatly that I have found some of your children walking in truth, as we received commandment from the Father.
3 John 1:3 For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth.
